I found a weird and tiny screw inside the used 3090 I bought

What the fuck is this? It's tiny, maybe fingernail sized. Slightly thinner and longer than these. It was rattling inside the card so I shook it for a minute or so and it finally came out along with a dead mosquito. Card shows no signs of repair or disassembly, all the warranty/anti-tamper stickers are intact and S/N on them matches and aside from the mosquito it's very clean.
Should I be worried? Is it from the card itself?

idk i literally just got it, it's a used card
contacted the guy and he said he disassembled the entire rig and it's from some other component
it wasn't inside the card at first, i took it out of the antistatic bag and heard something rattling then fall off somewhere, was probably that screw and it ended up inside the card instead of on the floor

one screw missing doesnt matter, a screw shorting some contact points while powered on does matter^^

...once i droped a screw over a powered mainboard.. nothing happend luckily

i once dropped some orange juice (few drops) on top of my case, few drops got down on my 1080 ti's backplate but nothing happened
