Thanks for the great upload. I got it all down and was able to install Translator and I installed Virtual Clone to mount but no files inside. I can't make any of the original images to show files. I am on windows 10
Does anyone have Cuckooland Ambience CD1? Or both of them? I've been trying to open the bin files but nothing works.

Hello all, I am Goemon. I am a fully blind user of this site and a person who also loves old sample cds and dvds, and I've just gotten hold of the pro sample sets from vol 1 to 50. I have also made effort to update my side of the torrent and now it holds some files yall are missing, if I get hold of the main owner I can post him what I have so he can update. the Pro samples sets I have most are in Akai format, and as such need to be converted for the converts. I hope this message sends, as yall on this forum have a compose box that's not screen reader friendly.

Hello all! I've made a torrent holding some of the new converts, but this torrent holds all the old files as well, including the old folder structure. Until Ninturez gets back, I'll do my best to pick up where he left off. Please point your new torrent where the old one used to be for this to work.

I've uploaded some disk images of the SampleCell II's factory library to IA. I flagged it as a test upload, thinking I would later be able to unset that. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be possible, which means it'll soon be removed (I think it's only got 2 weeks left). The WAV conversion has been up for a couple of years here: https://archive.org/details/digidesign-sample-cell-factory-library. The ones I uploaded are the originals, which were available only on Macintosh Repository and behind a paywall.
I'm having a tough time with the .nrg files and I'd really appreciate some help.
When I add an .nrg image to Daemon Tools Lite (latest - v12.3) it appears in the GUI, then I right click the .nrg in the GUI > Mount.
This returns a 'Windows can't access this disc' error from my OS, which re-appears when clicking the non functional virtual drive mount in Explorer.
If I try to open the broken virtual drive in CDXtract anyways, the exact same error from windows appears and it fails to open as expected.
I found a comment on reddit that mentions it's possible to convert a .nrg to .iso using a tool called AnyBurn. I tried that too, but got the exact same error.
At this point I've tried many .nrg files in the archive and I'm facing this issue with all of them, I have not managed to get a single .nrg to mount successfully.
Does anyone have any ideas on why this could be happening?

I'm not sure how different NRG files are from ISO images. What I can tell you is Windows itself will not understand most sample library discs, because most (if not all) sampler manufacturers used their own bespoke filesystems. Although several (if not most) of them are related to FAT16, they're different enough that Windows won't understand them. I'm not sure which formats CDXtract supports. SoundOnSound's old review (https://www.soundonsound.com/reviews/soundlib-cdxtract-4) claims it supports S7XX libraries, but makes no mention of the S550; so it's likely CDXtract does not support it either.
NRG is the old Nero Burning ROM format as far as I recall.
It should make no difference to Daemon Tools if the image is ISO or NRG... as the previous reply indicated, if Windows is failing to mount the image it is highly likely because it's a format it does not recognize (like many old sampler formats). Can you post a link to where you got the NRG file from please and I can take a look.
