An extensive list of websites that I find incredibly useful for music composition, production, and learning. Whether you're into synthesizers, drum machines, music theory, or just looking for some inspiration, there's something here for everyone. Feel free to explore, share your favorites, and add any gems you think are missing !

I wasn't sure whether to post this in the Music or General Discussion section since it's focused on music production but also serves as a general resource list. I chose General Discussion in the end.

Enjoy it !

Huge list my man, but I'm too lazy to read and use mousewheel.

Is there somekinda table of music notes of frequencies, like A is 440 Hz, but with ALL OF THEM?

EDIT: nevermind, just googled it. Now I need to figure out how to write this shit on a Post-It sticker and hook to next to my monitor.

I like this site if you want to mess with some presets for your synth of choice.
I also think every producer should have a copy of Synth1. It may be pretty old now but there are thousands of really solid presets available with a quick Google search. Add in the Synth1 Librarian and you can find pretty much any sound you'd need for a project.
I'll usually use Freesound for a lot of one off samples if I have something specific in mind. Splice would probably be a thousand times better but I can't justify the subscription since I'm more of a casual producer.
There are some pretty interesting samples available here though I haven't really used any personally.

I will never get a subscription for Slice. It's easy to hear Slice samples in productions these days, as many people use the same samples because they use the best of Slice. Maybe it can be useful for producers who make music for advertising or create tracks for Spotify mood playlists and the like, but for me, it's like fast food sample streaming. I prefer to use the massive files available on this website if I need 🤘. Of course, it's probable that great things have been made with Slice...
