selective cuz some of my shit is actual butt from an ass rn, so some of these are from a month or more ago but ive just been working on them recently. im kinda taking a break from music cuz my old computer crapped out on me and my dumb ass was slacking on backups. either way, i got if fixed and all my shit retrieved. but im still kinda shaken up. its weird. its just a computer, but i feel like i lost a friend. and i havent been making anything new since. enough oversharing tho. hope you like .ogg format lmao

"how much do you love me" is a mashup of the Vulf song and Stevie's isnt she lovely but i re-imagined it to sound like Vulf was playing it live or whatever. i like when musicians mashup their own music with their inspirations during live performances. im just not gonna wait for the motherfuckers to do it before i do.

"impractical" is a semi-cover of "Impractical Machine" by I Fight Dragons in the style of Cory Wong's "Light As Anything" yes, i know. my taste in music is horrible, its why my first boyfriend broke up with me. if i told you i also liked Snarky Puppy will you slap me so i can feel human contact again?

"cruuuuuuuuisin" is a dumb neo-soul/Terrance Martin remix of everyone's favorite song by that white dog with the eyebrows

"babymakin type beat" is a remake of one of my first beats i made back in 2018. sometimes i remake my old beats like i would other, more famous producers cuz i think that highly of myself.

"da nu nu" is this dark house/bounce/electro-funk thing i made. idk, all i know is that i need the dolls and queens to vogue to it at some point. i added that last breakdown C section a month or so ago.

"hit-em" you already know what this is. fuck you.

Idk if you are still listening, but here is some nonsense I did at the end/beginning of the year when I was feeling those Silent Hill 2 remake vibes. Vocal sample taken from some christian AM station that I picked up lol.

First of all, dope name lol. Second, pretty sick Radiohead on a radio in the middle of nowhere vibes. Third, what is H-pop? Clicking on that tag did not answer the question...
"Radiohead on a radio in the middle of nowhere" I love that thank you, that's a compliment I will cherish forever.
Hypnagogic Pop was a genre which only really had an active community around 2002 - 2010, but depending on the artist you can get some varying sounds;
some of it's glam rock, some is ambient drone, some slacker rock, I think really what defines it as Hypnagogic Pop is the use of cheap Tascam tape recorders.
James Ferraro's "Lamborghini Crystal" alias from 2007 is what really made me love the sound of the genre and I think a lot of the albums he released under that name showcase a lot of different sides of the genre pretty well

Haha you're welcome! Thanks for the info, makes a little more sense now. Funny you mention the tascam tape recorders because I literally just lost a bid on one that I was hoping to fix up. I currently have an old marantz portable tape recorder that I use to record loops and stuff to because it is pretty clean, but I would love to have a 4 track...

Aw neat, I think I managed to get pretty lucky; found a Tascam MF-P01 on ebay from about £50, been recording tapes on it for the past year and it's never needed any maintenance
