How do you make these kind of drum sounds [industrial-esque/trip hop]
Have always liked hearing these kind of drum sounds, but have never really understood how to make them or what kind of samples to use. I associate them with darker, industrial tinged trip hop from the 90s to early 2000s, think Massive Attack's Mezzanine. Is it just specific samples with...- Natural

Late 90s J-Pop drum samples
Been listening to some Japanese music from this time period and noticed the drum samples sounding really nice - in particular the snares. I have certainly heard them thousands of times before in other songs from the same time period, so I'm 90% sure that they come from some mass produced sample...- Natural

Sample Sets for Mid to Late 90s Alt Rock/Metal drum sounds
Looking for sample cds from around the late 90s to very early 2000s, that have drums with this sort of sound. Think of the drums on Deftones' Around the Fur album or Smashing Pumpkin's Mellon Collie... The Ross Garfield Drums pack in the downloads section is good, but I'm after more similar to it.- Natural
