ive always wanted to use old disco music for samples in my songs, so this thread is more or less posting old disco tunes you'd want to sample and tips on finding them/ripping them from records
 
use discogs and look in the funk/soul category, most of the releases on there have embeded videos for easy listening

If you want more specific samples I can find some sections I know have good samples. A good one in the list above is like 3:20 into the Ruth Waters track with John Davis. Has slamming drums with great rhythm guitar which can hit on any dance track produced today.
 
i'd recommend you familiarise yourself with the genre as well, so you aren't sampling songs that are like billboard top #10 hits from back in the day
