Way back when in the 00's, when gamemaker was even worse than it is now, we found this series of games about a cat named Gibbet. They all included some weird lesson and were all disturbing.
I remember three of them:
1) Gibbet goes to the moon and slowly walks across the surface of it while an entity follows behind. Eventually, he comes across a bed and you must sleep in it.
2) Gibbet sells bibles to fish who eagerly buy them up, but every day there are less and less fish who want to buy them. Eventually, he has no one to sell to and he goes hungry and dies.
3) Gibbet has a nice walk outside until he finds a tree full of oranges. He picks one and takes a bite, breaking all of his teeth. A tall bird creature says "You've learned a valuable lesson today, Gibbet. don't go outside."
If anyone has ever heard of these games besides me I would feel a little more sane. Just a bit more sane.
