i stumbled upon game-island.info fairly recently
found out it links to a bunch of japanese webgame sites :3
here's some i visited :3
https://dan-ball.jp/en/ this one's pretty well known, it's the one with powder game, that thing that inspired noita. these are cool :3
https://babarageo.com/ most of these games are very famicom-coded. also apparently the extremely simplistic puzzle game there has official collabs? huh. i like currynog though.
https://tansio.net/ kinda odd simplistic-controlling games. i kinda like these
https://sdin.jp/ fine enough ways to play board games and card games, mostly.
http://nekogames.jp/ you might recognize finger*10 from here (it's been posted on western game sites). out of these games i like hoshisaga monochromatic, rdbk, and rhythm pong the most
https://game.moai.jp i kinda like the angry birds kinda game here but thats about it
https://hojamaka.com unfortunately only 3 games are playable (this developer isn't aware of ruffle i think)
https://nextframe.jp/ a bunch of cool games, i like ドッグファイントブーン the most
https://www.eyezmaze.com/jp/ its the developer that makes the grow games you've likely played on other sites! these can be pretty cool, just not my thing personally
