The YouTuber is NCapriSun, a gaming YouTuber.
Even though he isn't that obscure, the documentary got taken down a while back as you can tell. It wasn't really widespread.
The reason I'm posting this is that I literally saw it way back just before it taken down and a while later was just thinking that it didn't exist because I couldn't find it anymore!
