Mine isn't very big either. I live on the ground floor of an apartment building and have to share the backyard with my (thankfully very friendly) neighbours but I have my own backporch/terrace and like maybe 1/5th of the garden for just myself

some people need meds and thats okay. but i think must mental stuff can be fixed by sports/healthy food

I stopped taking my meds and I started to feel way better overall

I posted this in the comfybox game development matrix room like a week ago when I was still not used to it but to sum it up I basically had a lot of spiritual energy in me for four days and I released a shitload in the span of two days which led me down a path of extreme euphoria for 2 days, then sadness for a day and a half, then anger for two-three days and then it seemed like it got stable again. I think I released so much energy I swung into apathy somehow
