being serious for a moment, hundreds of buttons, colors for everything, tags/images for everything, too many distractions (tags, animated stuff, etc) never-ending sidebars, buttons everywhere in random places where you don't expect them, endless list of panels, readability on the actual forum categories being pretty bad, categories being organized by.. nothing, etc
