What should i host on my vps server?

So recently i've got a good deal on a vps server and i wonder what fun and interesting stuff i can host on there.

I guess encrypted personal backups if you've got storage or something like a Minecraft/CS:GO server.
You could host a seedbox for friends and such, and you can also use this space to seed unpopular torrents, like small Linux distros that deserve more love but often get lost in the noise.
Privacy frontends too like Invidious (although Youtube is cracking down on these lol)

Thanks for suggestions! Hosting seedbox is kinda in grey area of law in my country so im a little bit afraid of it and i dont know what torrents i can host there legally (like i dont know any unpopular Linux distros). Hosting alternative frontends seems like a good idea so i might do that.

there's https://github.com/awesome-selfhosted/ with lots of curated foss stuff you can self host
also check https://linuxserver.io/ who provide bunch of modified docker images for stuff like the *arr stack and other things

I like using soulseek-docker so it's running like a seedbox. It's accessed from your web browser, so you could (probably) access it from your phone even.
