    I believe I've found the brass instrument used in the Persona series (namely 3 & 4)

    not sure what the plugin is based on, but its a Roland plugin named SRX Brass. For the most part it seems to use the "PopBrs LngFl" preset and another sustain instrument I can't seem to find.) It's not perfect, but I do think this is the correct instrument used in-game.
