Hello Guys

The Zammis Clark Breach (a.k.a. the "Gigaleak") was a massive data breach of internal Nintendo files, carried out by British security researcher Zammis Clark.

While the contents of the breach have not been released publicly in full, a number of files from them have been gradually leaked to the public since it occurred, ranging from the initial release in April 2018 up to early 2021.

I tried to include all of them, if it's necessary, it will be updated.

All the files combined compressed are around 101GB and all the files uncompressed are rumored to be around 2.5TB

Due the size of all the files, it will take various days to upload all of them

Inside all these files you will find thing like internal documents of Nintendo consoles, source codes of various video games and firmware of Nintendo consoles, beta builds and prototypes of video games and a lot of unused game assets.

If you want to view them, you will need to use special programs and sometimes change the extension of the files

Here's a quick guide of what you will find in some compressed files:

other.7z: Source codes and stuff from NES and SNES era. Interesting findings:
  • Tons of sprites and assets for SNES games, some of them were previously seen in old magazine photos or were mentioned in old interviews
  • Super Donkey and Spleeper prototypes
  • Probably there's MS-DOS and Windows 3.1x builds of SNES games, but they doesn't run
bbgames.7z: Partial and full source codes for various games localized by iQue on China (my personal favorite along with other.7z) Interting findings:
  • L ir real 2401 (partial source of Super Mario 64)
  • Partial source code of Zelda Ocarina of Time (The game was originally going to be much bigger than the final one, but despite that, it still was great, supposedly the files in there are the full source code of the game, but it isn't since things like the unicorn fountain and the beta castle town are abstent)
generic.7z: Internal documents for Nintendo DSi. Interesting findings:
  • ROMs of DSi software

unsorted.7z: Source codes and internal documents for Gamecube and Wii

netcard.7z: More internal documents for Wii and Game Boy Advance stuff. Interesting findings:
  • A document by iQue about the idea of making a Pokémon MMO for Nintendo 64 and PC
emeralds.7z: Even more Wii internal documents (maybe with all these stuff we could make our own Wii)

platinum7.z: Source code for Pokémon Platinum and tons of Game Boy and Game Boy Color ROMs. Interesting findings:
  • ROMs for unreleased Game Boy and Game Boy Color games
teru-sama_mail_2006.7z: A lot of emails and files sent and received by Nintendo developers, mainly by someone called Teruki Murakawa. Interesting findings:
  • Supposedly there's screenshots of the New Super Mario Bros beta
  • Corporate email addresses of Nintendo developers
  • Tools used for Nintendo DS localization
  • Various confidental Nintendo documents
  • A list were a Metroid game by Intelligent Systems is mentioned (Probably you already noticed but it was the original Metroid Dread: Look, until Zero Mission, all Metroid 2D games were developed by Nintendo R&D1, but after the development of the game, all Nintendo R&D studios disappeared due a company restructuring, however, the first Metroid and Super Metroid were also co developed with Intelligent Systems, so then, due the disappearance of Nintendo R&D1 and probably the focus by the new Nintendo SPD studios in other projects, the development of the original Metroid Dread was given to Intelligent Systems since they had previously experience with the franchise)
Documents.7z: Various documents by Nintendo about cyber security (the irony)

Secure.7z: More documents and early plans for Nintendo Switch (Could this be related to the 2016 Nintendo Switch patent leaks?)

bb2.7z: Internal files for the cancelled iQue Box (sadly, no game source codes)

20100713cvs_backup.tar.7z: Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, Nintendo DS and Wii stuff

NintendoSDK_fromSSD_IKEDA_20151124.zip: Nintendo Switch SDKs from 2015 (If you want to develop for Nintendo Switch, better get the SDKs by official ways)

zoo_tycoon_2_protos.7z: Beta version of Zoo Tycoon 2: Marine Mania? (This is and odd one, it's a game unrelated to Nintendo, it's by Microsoft for Windows, Zammis Clark was also responsable of the Windows XP source code leak, so maybe this comes from Microsoft servers)

from_Nintendo.rar: Various emails sent between Nintendo and iQue

osrc: Prototype assetss for Pokémon Red, Green and Blue

Silver SpaceWorld 1997 ROMs.zip: The SpaceWorld betas for Pokémon Gold and Silver
(Pokémon additions were different after the Gold and Silver games, in those games, the beta designs of various Pokémon were even included in early builds of the game, but in the next games, it seems that the Pokémons weren't included in the game before their final design and unfortunately concept arts haven't appeared in the leaks for view their early designs)

*The files "from_Nintendo and pocchama" were put inside a .zip file due the difficult for uploading .rar files in the website
