slsk only has one server though, do you mean the person's list of stuff rather than a full server? Sadly the current version of slsk is not so accessible to people using a screen reader, I can't see a way to chat and put my folders on it as parts of the UI aren't designed correctly, so while you can see it and use it accessibility software can't work with it so well. If you get a torrent for what you've found on slsk can you please post it? My mission at the moment is to update this archive, at least until Ninturez gets back.

SLSK has the Nicotine+ app, which is the modern version that might be more screen reader friendly. It's a one of those classic p2p apps like Napster, but yet it has somehow survived and managed to stay frosty all these years. This specific user has thousands of file archives and there might be over terabytes of stuff, so putting stuff in torrents of no-go for me. This makes me wonder where he has originally gotten his stuff, there might be audio-related torrent site somewhere with the same materials.

Going back to the topic of this thread I will be updating the 90s cd torrent again but along with some of the stuff I've found I will also be updating the readme under Ninturez's writing, and I will be putting a mark on it so people can jump to the updates via the find dialog of notepad (ctrl+F)

Forgot to post this last time, but if you're trying to extract an AKAI .iso file in the simplest way possible, I've recently found this little program called akaiutildisk2tarwav:

akaiutil - Browse /Utilities/akaiutildisk2tar at SourceForge.net

akaiutil: access to AKAI S900/S1000/S3000 filesystems

sourceforge.net

Just Drag & Drop your AKAI .iso file on top of the .exe and it'll automatically convert its contents to wav.

Another thing, if you have Bin/Cue files, more often than not foobar2000 is able to open/convert them easily:

If it fails, you'll have to try and mount it with ImgDrive Lite or any other similar software.

Only on ebay i found one position.

But don't worry, this disc is a compilation of what's out there, so don't worry if you have the rest of the stuff.
